	Executive Leadership
	CEO \| Eric Dykes Eric Dykes is CEO of United Technology Group (UTG), which he co-founded with Brian Miller in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and embarked on a career where he quickly rose through the ranks to leadership and management. Under Eric's leadership, UTG has grown significantly throughout the Metro Atlanta area and has established a strong presence in Augusta, GA. Eric is an AEA Technology Entrepreneur of the year finalist, a member of Technology Executives Roundtable, a member of HTG Peer Groups CEO forum, on the Board of Directors for Orphan Epidemic and completed the 2009 Ambassadors Leadership Program. Eric recently participated in a triathlon as a charity fundraiser for Camp TBI, a camp specializing in children with brain injuries. He will continue to generate significant donations for the camp by competing in two additional triathlons this year.
	President & COO \| Brian Miller Brian Miller is President and Chief Operating Officer of United Technology Group (UTG), which he co-founded with Eric Dykes in 2004. Eager to pursue his passion in sales and marketing, Brian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Brian worked at Alltel, 3M, & Summit Systems in sales and was responsible for territories spanning the Southeast for Regional Bell Companies, Independent Telco's, ISP's, contractors and enterprise customers. Brian also worked as VP of Sales and Marketing for Summit Systems and UTG prior to becoming UTG's President & COO. Brian's vision has lead the company to continuously drive change, while maintaining sustainable, profitable growth. Brian is a member of HTG Peer Groups, small group facilitator for NPCC, and completed the HTM 2009 Ambassadors Leadership Program. Brian, his wife and two children attend NorthPoint Community Church and actively support Compassion for Christ and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
	Director, Sales and Marketing \| Rebecca Goard Rebecca joined the UTG team in 2006 as Business Development Manager. Under her leadership, UTG developed Strategic Partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft and NetApp as well as orchestrated the tremendous growth of UTG's managed services offering and overall client base. Prior to joining UTG, Rebecca served in key executive positions for Horizon Software International for eight years, achieving multiple sales and customer service achievement records while working directly with the President and CEO on several company-wide projects and initiatives. Rebecca has a true passion for client relationships and now as UTG's Director of Sales and Marketing, she is poised to help all clients of UTG develop effective technology strategies and solutions that will maintain maximum sustainability, profit and growth. Rebecca serves on the board of Atlanta Business Leadership Enrichment and is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia and an alumni member of WIT's (Women in Technology) Executive Coaching Program. She is a passionate advocate for children and is an active supporter for Compassion International, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and The National MS Society. Rebecca resides in the metro-Atlanta area with her husband and two daughters, Sierra and Savannah and attends The Oasis Church.
	Director, Managed Services \| Nick Sherman Nick Sherman joined UTG as Director of Managed Services in 2012. Having working in the Managed Services industry for the last 15 years, his extensive experience in technology is a tremendous asset to UTG and our clients. He has held executive level positions for several companies over this period of time. Nick excels in conceptualizing and directing the design of advanced technology solutions, and building and managing IT operations. With experience ranging from network design and infrastructure to security, back-up/recovery, virtualization, and support, Nick ensures that UTG Managed Services clients receive world-class service and support.
	Professional Services Manager \| Rafiq Al-Mahdi As Professional Services Manager, Rafiq Al-Mahdi is responsible for managing the recent growth in the professional services and IT consulting portion of our business. As one of the original employees of UTG and a member of the technical services team in many roles, Rafiq has been able to provide great value to UTG and our clients. With a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and years of experience as an information technology professional for companies including Cisco Systems, Rafiq is a true expert in the areas of data and voice architecture, network security solutions, project management, and consulting. He plans to continue to leverage these skills to ensure that the team provides solutions that focus on the long term business requirements of our clients.
	Controller \| Sharon Harding Sharon is the Controller for UTG , with responsibility for financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and business intelligence reporting. Prior to joining UTG Sharon worked in senior accounting positions at several companies including KRAFT-Nabisco, Lynk Systems, Inc. and Leica Geosystems Geospatial Imaging. Sharon brings over 15 years of experience with a diversified background in cost and GL accounting.
